Plane Crash

This plane came in silent, apparently out of gas.

The Sherrif's drug dog didn't find anything and was standing quietly after working when an idiot came down the beach trail with his Golden Retriever off leash and 100 feet in front of him.
The Golden attacked the Sherrif's Lab and finally I saw an out of control dog ticketed.

Oepsie, well it is something else than a whale on the beach....

Everybody thinks a Golden is the ideal dog, the are so friendly, the perfect family dog, well seems not always ....

Good to hear everyone was okay. That would have made my heart skip a few beats to see something like that.

As far as the dogs...it is people like the Golden owner who have no control over their dog that make it bad for people who do. I continue to see dog friendly areas no longer allow dogs for this very reason.

Pilot and passanger walked away unhurt.

It was actually a very good landing considering it was a Saturday with alot of people on the beach and this was the only flat, wide spot for many miles around. Plane touched down and slid about 150 feet, ending up turned 90 degrees from direction of slide.

My neighbors with their 2 kids and German Shepherd were 30 yrds. from where plane came to rest.
