Friday night's Wing turn-in time is 6:00 pm (5:50 pm - 6:05 pm)
Saturday's turn-in times are as follows: - Pork: 10:00 am (9:50 - 10:05 am) - Ribs: 11:00 am (10:50 - 11:05 am) - Brisket (optional team turn-in) 12:00 pm (11:50 am - 12:05 pm)
Please note that in the past, when we've had 40 plus cook teams, we used two turn-in tables and extended the turn-in window to expedite getting the sample boxes to the judges. Depending on the number of teams participating this year will once again determine the Spartanburg HCHF turn-in times, which will be communicated at the mandatory Cook's meeting on Friday and Judge's meeting on Saturday.
Since ribs will also be issued to all cook teams, by the organizer, teams not participating in Brisket will start serving the public immediately after they turn-in their ribs.
Only Pork samples will be served to the public.
