Gage, the association does not supply the meat for the events. That is the responsibility of the event organizers. Usually, local companies, grocery stores, meat packing houses. But all the meat for an event has to come from the same source. Previous Message Who are the top three meat suppliers for the association? I judged some last year. I plan on judging more this year and I want to cook in a few. I am wanting to practice (my office will love that anyway) and I think it would benefit me to practice with the suppliers most often used. Thank you in advance. Gage

Smithfield and Butcher Block and whatever they get on sale or from the local supplier. Previous Message I appreciate your response. I guess I was wondering what brand is furnished the most.
