I sent the Judges Brief on Monday to all who signed up for Lake City but a few Judges did not receive it. I have included it below.

Hello Rhythm & Q Judges and Novices,
Thank you for signing up to judge the first Rhythm & Q BBQ Competition held in Lake City. Rhythm & Q is an all weekend event with a lot of things going on. Visit their website for all the information:

We have 33 teams competing in Butts and Ribs on Saturday. Official turn-in is 10 am for Butts and 11 am for Ribs. We will start our Judge’s meeting at 9 am so please be signed in by then. We will discuss information about the event; go over some judging information and present aprons and hats to those moving up in the SCBA ranks.
The event will be held at Lake City’s new RV Park, Crossroads Coach Resort, located at The ROB. We will be judging inside The ROB, the large brick warehouse at the back of the park with "The ROB" over the doors. Reserve parking for SCBA Judges will be located in the grass parking lot on the corner of S. Church and E. Thomas Streets next to the Festival.
If you are due to receive an apron or hat please let me know before Saturday. Please remember to bring your "gold" sheet.
Please remember not to fraternize with the Cook Teams or enter their cooking area on Saturday morning until all judging is officially over. A quick "Hello" and "Good Luck" is fine though.
Friday night's activities include a Chicken Wing competition with sampling open to the public beginning at 6PM. You are more than welcome to come out and enjoy the festivities. I may even put you to work.

Directions:
If traveling north on Highway 52, turn right onto W. Thomas St. at the Dollar General. If traveling south on Highway 52, turn left onto W. Thomas St. Go straight at the Stop Sign and across the railroad tracks to S. Church St. Parking will be in the grass lot on the corner of S. Church St. and E. Thomas St. You will see the Cook Teams set up in the Resort. The entrance to the Resort will be a short walk down S. Church St. The ROB will be in the back of the park. You can't miss it.
