The application process for the 2017 SCBA sponsored competition cooking class is now open.
Please email JT Handy at jthbbq@yahoo.com and request an application.
Each qualifying team will complete the application and mail it to the physical adress listed on the form. Class spaces will be based on USPS post mark as we near capacity.
Currently, class room space is limited to the team captain and one team member. This may change based on response and seating availbility.
