I would like to publicly thank Matt and Brad, High On The Hog BBQ team, for allowing me to join them in an overnight cook-off at the Grillers Cup, Myrtle Beach this past weekend. I thought I knew a little about cooking BBQ until I spent a few hours with these guys. Your character, dedication, and professionalism will take you a long way guys; 2nd place against some of the best cookers in the state ain’t bad! I am taking away from the experience knowledge of how to cook better BBQ, and how to be a better judge for the SCBA. Thanks guys and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!
