Finally a great weekend to have a BBQ Cook-off. Saluda Shoals Park in Irmo, SC is a beautiful place to hold a festival. Thanks to Jim Wellman and his staff for the accommodations. Winning the competition were: 1st place butts: Smokin' Stacks - Jeff Smith, Pitmaster. 2nd place butts: Pimp-My-Pig, Dean Price, Pitmaster 3rd place butts - All Smoked Up Gary Taylor, Pitmaster
