Bold Branch was fortunate to have been able to cook in one of the best first time events ever this past weekend. Josh and Jessica covered every base to make it a Super cooker friendly event. Power and water were close to every spot and the spots were clearly marked. They supplied all of the materials we needed to serve the wings and pork to the public. Best of all they made it possible for all of the cookers that wanted, to get their meat at 2 PM Friday afternoon. The trophys, they awarded five places for both ribs and pork, are amoung the nicest that I have ever seen. The Wicked Tuna Staff came around frequently asking if we needed anything. All of you cookers out there definately need to put this one on your schedule for next year. Thank you Wicked Tuna for putting on a First Class cook-off.
Also a big thanks to the SCBA Marshals and Judges. It was nice that some of the judges came around to talk to the cookers after judging and equally nice to see a number of judges at the Awards ceremony.

Well-said Joe! Great first time contest + very organized. Entire Wicked Tuna staff did a super job. Excellent trophies & prize money. We'll definitely be back. Congrats again to the Bold Branch Boys as well.
