I would like to say that I am new to this association and have cooked a handful of contests so far, but with that said I would like to say that I feel Mauldin was one of my favorite. The organizers there were very helpful and did keep the cookers requests (demands) in their minds and they did everything they could to make these things happen. I feel Mauldin is one of the best events I have been to yet. Thanks Mauldin.
