Several of the cook teams decided to have a throwdown event this past Saturday our side of Columbia. They invited any judge that was available and set about cooking butts and ribs. Everyone had a great time.
The trophies were special ????
Taking the Butts Trophy was Chris and Kathy Fulmer with the Ultimate Tailgaters Team.
Taking the Ribs trophy was Brian and Sheri Teague of the Up In Smoke team.
It was apparent that the group had fun and sampled some great "Q" what a way to warm-up for 2015.
