I think a big thanks goes to the people at the Harley Davidson dealership for allowing us the use of their facilities and grounds. It was a great venue and I hope we all expressed our sincere appreciation when we had opportunity to do so. I am so looking forward to going back next year as a judge or maybe even a cook. I now know all of George Kings secrets. and I'm pretty sure Tim Handy uses a pina colada as his final glaze on the butts.

A big Congratulations and Thank You to Garland, Rebecca, Ken and Dawn for a Great new event. We could tell that a lot of hard work went into preparations for the first time event to run that smoothly. Even with threatening weather there was a pretty good crowd of "samplers" Saturday.
