A big shout out to all the cook teams and judges that participated in the 1st Annual Hopeful Hog Festival. The Village and Vessel Folks did a good job for their first time.
Saturday Winners were in Ribs: 1st Place, Backwoods Bar-B-Que; 2nd Place, S&M BBQ; and 3rd Place, BBQ Den.
In Butts the winners were: 1st Place, Monkey Bottom Boys; 2nd Place, Backwoods Bar-B-Que; 3rd Place, Smoke Til You’re Broke; and 4th Place, S&M BBQ. There were 6-16+s in ribs and 6-16+s in butts. Congratulations to everyone that got a call.
A special thanks to the judges that came out Saturday to judge some good barbeque from some of the greatest cooks in South Carolina.
