To all of the cookers and judges who participated in this past weekend's BBQ cook off in Tamasee, SC I offer a huge THANK YOU! I know it was a long way for many of you to travel and I greatly appreciate your participation in helping to make this event a success.
This is a small event but it is very important to the programs, staff and residents at Tamasee.
I sincerely appreciate all of the judges willingness to help out in any way. We were a small group, but we got the job done. Again I apologize to judges who for some reason did not receive the judges brief.
