The Rib throwdown in Rock Hill is handled by the organizer. You should have signed up for it when you sent in your application. It is $25 to get in and they pay out 3 places according to how many teams get in the pot. You furnish your own ribs, same as always. They might except your entry into the rib throwdown when you arrive Friday. You must be entered into both the butts and rib category in order to be eligible for the Grand and Reserve Grand Champion sticker. Thanks for your inquiry.
