As you face the Civic Center use the far left gate and proceed straight ahead to the gray metal building on the left, in the back. SCBA signage will indicate parking.
As of now, we have 13 teams competing. We will be judging butts & ribs, with turn-in times of 10:00 am for butts/ 11:00 am for ribs.
PLEASE DO NOT VISIT WITH ANY TEAM PRIOR TO THE JUDGING. You are encouraged to visit afterwards, but do not discuss any aspect of the judging.
There will be no grazing table, but bags prepared by staff will be available for those wishing to take some home. Masks are not required. If you want one, bring it. Pencils, water, bread, hand sanitizer, & wipes will be available. Bring your own, if you desire.
If you are advancing in the organization (apron/hat), please let me know. Also, if you have a specific job you would like to perform to fulfill requirements for advancement, please let me know.
If you find out you are unable to attend, please CALL me as soon as possible. Right now we have sufficient numbers to cover our needs. Those on the wait list will be called if needed.
