This years Mauldin SOOIE BBQ Cookoff event is advertised as 10th +1 due to them (Mauldin) not being able to do everything that they wanted to do at the 10th due to the pandemic. So, I believe that perhaps you are looking at the wrong flyer from the 10th. (not the 10th+1) I now it is confusing!
Hope this clarifies this a little.
