The unique SC sauce is a mustard sauce and the gold standard mustard is Maurice's. You can get it at any of his outlets. After that try Carolina Gold.

A friend of mine in Minnesota is looking for authentic SC BBQ sauces to use for his summer grilling. Since I am not a cooker, I thought I'd reach out to y'all. Hope you can help!
