I have been thinking about purchasing a pellet smoker for my home. Since the SCBA has the most knowledgeable cookers and judges, I thought I would throw it out and see what you all might recommend. Budget is probably under $1500 and I have been considering Rec Tec, Yoder and Green Mountain but I'm open. Please let me know what you think. Thanks
