I just renewed my membership. Since moving to Georgia has limited the contests that are easy for me, a working or over working man, to attend. SCBA was the first that made me feel like part of a family. Covid-19 has crushed a lot of us.
I miss judging BBQ. I can only normally attend the deeper south contests. Port Royal is where I received my Master's hat. I almost didn't renew. There are a lot of people that made me decide to continue, Chad, Judi, Brian, Dawn and the photo hound and his beautiful wife. I miss Pig on the Ridge and the Battle of Camden.
I wish I was still closer than I am. Hardeeville needs to really become a battle between SC and GA. If I can help make this happen I will. I miss seeing you all. Still can't accept that Judi is not a Louisville Fan!!!!
