A special thanks to all the judges that made the effort to come to judge and help out with the special assignments at the Jackson Hook and Cook BBQ Festival: Mark Palasek and Mike Sanders, Table Captains; Danny Watts, Novice Instructor; Marcia Askins and Janie Harcourt for running the Receiving Table, and Susan Straub for all her hard work as my Assistant Marshal. I believe a good time was had by all. The weather was great, very cool morning and warm sunshine later in the day. Congratulations to the folks that advanced in the SCBA ranks as Certified Judges; Thomas Holley, Patricia Holley, Brian Anderson, and Elizabeth Anderson. Also, thanks Don Askins and Marcia Askins for all their help. Thanks to Thomas Knight for doing an excellent job as calculator.
