I too want to thank Wayne for coordinating an awesome Friday night pot luck dinner, bringing the SCBA family of cooks and judges together.

I also want to thank all the cook teams who contributed in bringing a dish and/or multiple dishes. Everything was a perfect 17.0, just please don't ask me for a 16 + sticker since Friday night wasn't officially sanctioned by the SCBA! LoL

Nevertheless, all the food was awesome so thank you for including us few judges who attended on Friday night.

On Friday evening about 6:30 - 7:00 a few of us cookers are planning a little get together for dinner. Bucky's is bringing Shrimp & Grits. Commando BBQ is bringing Corn on the cob. Bucky's is also doing a little Pork Belly Burnt ends. If you want to come you can bring something or just show up. We are not doing a lot of planning but we will just eat what we have.
