Fellow judges, you are in store for some great BBQ this coming Saturday, May 18th at the Pig in the Park BBQ Festival and cook-off. The festival is located in the beautiful Mineral Springs Park in Williamston, S.C. This event is hosted by Williamston Masonic Lodge # 24. Please come prepared to sample some great pork BBQ and ribs.
The judges meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 am in the masonic lodge. If you will be receiving a hat or apron please let me know so I will be prepared to present it to you on Saturday. Turn in times are: pork butts 10:00 am and ribs 11:am
GPS location for this event is 111 Gossett Drive Williamston S.C. 29697. Turn onto Gossett Drive off of West Main Street (Hwy. 20) parking is available there and you can walk through the tunnel and the lodge will be on your left. There is limited parking beside the lodge if you get there early enough to claim a spot.
