The organizer for this event(Youth mentors of the Pee Dee) will conduct the Anything But competition judging similar to other BBQ events. The SCBA will manage the judging and samples will be turned into a receiving table and then judged by celebrity judges at judging tables. The organizer heard the requests from the cook teams and has modified the judging procedure accordingly.
