I have a Backwoods Fatboy that is not a G2. However, you can get full pans on all but the middle rack (due to the probe). The ends to get bent, but it is doable.

Mine has added rails that provide better spacing between racks for butts.

Also, I have added the tie down D-Rings and locking casters. I also have the digi adapter and have a spare digi that we can talk about if you are interested as well.

This Fatboy one has a lot of oocks on it, and will not win any beauty contests, but is still a great smoker and is available for a great price of $1,350. I had two, but one has been sold.
