HUB CITY HOG FEST 2017
Judges' Brief
We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 8 April 2017 for the HUB CITY HOG FEST.
This event will benefit Mobile Meals of Spartanburg.
We will have 45 cookers. All teams will be cooking Butts and Ribs . Also numerous teams will be cooking Brisket .
PLEASE let ME know if you cannot attend.
Location of Judges--The Building is located at 100 Dunbar St. (Spartanburg SC 29306) between Magnolia St. and N Church St. across from Morgan Square. Also N Church St. from Main St. to E. St John St. will be closed , the cookers will be located there.
The Judges' Meet will be at 9 am.
A Friday nite event is also planned- a" Wing Competion". The Judging will be done by 1st Responders of Spartanburg . Also anyone able to attend is welcome to help "Judge". Starts at 5:30 Please let ME know if you want to Judge (chow down on wings).
Anyone advancing in the SCBA, in other words getting an APRON or HAT "PLEASE " let ME know .
If anyone in your family is on a cook team PLEASE LET ME KNOW I will find a NON JUDGING duty for you.
