I have a custom cooker for sale built by Southern Cookers of Orangeburg. You can cook with gas, wood, charcoal or any combination of these. It has an upper & lower grate and a full size water pan as well. Three 4" stacks with dampers on the lid, Three 7 1/2" butterfly vents on the front and 3 vents on the fire box. Great cooker for all meats or whole hog. Dimensions are:
3' X 5' exterior + rear firebox 12" X 10" X 4' long
Upper grate is: 34 1/2" X 57 1/2"
Lower grate is: 34 1/2" X 57 1/2" (has the gas burner running across the middle)
12" clearance between the upper & lower grates
