As the subject says, Im a certified judge looking to fulfill one of my cooking requirements at the Anderson University Trojan Cook Off on the weekend of October 28 and 29.

Im anxious to learn and willing to do whatever you tell me.

Im local to Anderson and hope that I can knock one of the cooking requirements relatively close to home
