First of all, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported and helped make the Chester event a success. That includes all the great cook teams who came, all of the judges and most of all my great team of Kelly French, David McLaurin and Don Adkins.
All of the BBQ I tasted was great . Many of the judges commented to me how great the BBQ at their table was. I hope everyone realises that a few tight scoring judges can bring the overall scores down. I don't want any team to walk away feeling discouraged. We all work hard to make sure that SCBA is a respected and successful organization. We need everyone working together to achieve our goals.
