The Saluda Shoals Park in Irmo could not have been more pleasant this past weekend as 20 teams fired up their smoker's for cook butts and ribs for the judges and fans. Winning the Butts competition were:
1st place Smoke Central, Jason Singletary, Pitmaster


2nd place Smokin Stacks, Jeff Smith, Pitmaster


3rd place Monkey Bottom, George Ray, Pitmaster


4th place - Ledyard BarBQue Co., Cheyene Ledyard, Pitmaster


5th place - S'Lowcountry Q - Quentin Tedder, Pitmaster


In the Ribs competition taking 1st place was:
