It has been awhile so I thought I would post this again; Ribs will be a part of the cook-off in Williamston again this year. If you are cooking this one and want to participate just bring your own ribs, enough for 8 judges, and $40.00 for the buy in. The pot will be split 60/40 between 1st and 2nd place. If you are "in" you can see me with your money after you set up or at the cooks meeting. This is a GREAT Festival, I hope to see a lot of you folks there.
