Judges' Brief
We are looking forward to seeing you on Saturday 16 April 2016 for the HUB CITY HOG FEST.
This event will benefit Mobile Meals of Spartanburg.
We will have 45 cookers. All teams will be cooking Butts and Ribs . Also numerous teams will be cooking Brisket .
PLEASE let ME know if you cannot attend.
Location of Judges--The Building is located at 100 Dunbar St. (Spartanburg SC 29306) between Magnolia St. and N Church St. across from Morgan Square. Also N Church St. from Main St. to E. St John St. will be closed , the cookers will be located there.
The Judges' Meet will be at 9 am.
A Friday nite event is also planned- a" Wing Competion". The Judging will be done by 1st Responders of Spartanburg . Also anyone able to attend is welcome to help judge.
Anyone advancing in the SCBA, in other words getting an APRON or HAT "PLEASE " let ME know .
If anyone in your family is on a cook team PLEASE LET ME KNOW I will find a NON JUDGING duty for you.
