Friday afternoon started out in a downpour but it didn't hamper the cook teams for producing some great wings. Saturday was a lot better day with 15 cook teams competing in butts and ribs. Getting the call were:
Overall Winner - Backwoods Bar-B-Que, Gene Culbertson,Pitmaster


Taking 1st place butts - Smoke Central, Jason Singletary, Pitmaster


Taking 2nd place butts was Ledyard's Bar-B-Que Co., Cheyenne Ledyard, Pitmaster


Coming in 3rd place butts was, S'Lowcountry Q, Quentin Tedder, Pitmaster,


4th place butts went to High On The Hog BBQ, Matt Talbot, Pitmaster


Winning in the ribs competition were:
1st place Backwoods Bar-B-Que, Gene Culbertson, Pitmaster


2nd place ribs - Yes Dear BBQ, Frank Neagle, Pitmaster


3rd place ribs - Ledyard's Bar B Que Co., Cheyenne Ledyard, Pitmaster
