If you anywhere near Aiken, SC at lunch time I highly recommend you going to Buckwheats BBQ for lunch. The owner is Dwayne Jones who is one of the top SCBA Pitmasters. His Q is Outstanding and in my opinion "Contest Quality". It was definitely worth the drive down here from Anderson.
