A huge thanks to the SCBA for sponsoring the competition cooking class held in West Columbia, SC today. We had a great cooker turn out and a lot of fun! The food, fellowship and learning environment were a huge success.

It was a pleasure to cook and teach along side Gene and Tesa Culbertson of Backwoods Smokers!
