Yesterday, the SC State Capital building was the location of the 2015 State Barbeque Championship awards ceremony. President Lake High gave opening remarks and then recognized the Champions.

Taking First place and the South Carolina State Championship from Trenton, SC was Backwoods Bar-B-Que, Gene Culbertson Pitmaster.


Placing second in the SC State Championship from Leesville, SC was Pimp-My-Pig BBQ, Dean Price, Pitmaster.


Placing third in the SC State finals from Aiken, SC was Smokin' Stacks, Jeff Smith, Pitmaster.
