The organizers of the Ft Dorchester Cook-Off have agreed to add ribs to their event. If you are a new cooker it works like this. The entry fee for ribs is $35.00. You bring your own ribs, either baby back or spare ribs. You will need to cook enough for 8 judges the remainder of the ribs you cook are yours and you can do with them as you please. They will be judged by the SCBA judges and 100% of the rib entry fees will be split 60/40 between first and second place. If you want to participate you can bring your entry fee by our (Bold Branch) cook site Friday or give it to me at the cooks meeting.
