The late summer and early fall barbeque season is about to start. If you have not cooked in three SCBA events so far this year you still have plenty of events ahead of you in which you can compete.

Don’t forget that you will need to cook in at least three events to meet the criteria for the FREE SCBA cooking school that will be offered in January of 2016 on a first-come-first-served basis to qualified teams.
