Fellow Judges,
You are in store for some great BBQ, Ribs & Beans on Sat. May 23rd at The EFOC Barbeque Cook-Off at Seneca Fest. The event is promoted by the Education Foundation of Oconee County to fund their “Backpack” program so needy children in our county can have healthy food when school lunches are not available.

This a one category event (Butts) with side judging for ribs and beans. Ribs and beans are optional so all teams may not be participating in those events. Butts turn-in is at 10:00 am with ribs turn-in at 11:00 am and beans turn-in will be at 11:30am.

The judges meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 am. If you will be receiving a hat or apron, please let me know so I can be prepared to present it to you on Sat. If you find you cannot attend, please let me know via email at dbdoght@aol.com

Judging will take place at 391 Main Street in Seneca, SC 29678.The building is next door to the Wells Fargo bank and across the street from Norton-Thompson Park, where the cook teams are located. Parking is available along Walnut Street and in the Home Town Foods lot. If you need handicap parking please let me know and I will provide directions
