Fellow Judges,
You are in store for some great BBQ this coming Sat. May 16 at The Pig in the Park BBQ festival and cook-off in Williamston's beautiful Mineral Springs Park. It is promoted by Williamson Masonic Lodge #24. Please come prepared to taste some great tasting BBQ and ribs.
The is a one category event (Butts) with a side judging for ribs. Ribs are optional so all teams may not be participating in that event. Butts turn-in is at 10:00 am and ribs turn-in is at 11:00 am.
The judges meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 am. If you will be receiving an hat or apron, please let me know so I can be prepared to present it to you on Sat. If you find you cannot attend, please let me know.
Judging will take place in the Masonic Lodge located at 111 Gossett Drive, Williamston, S.C. 29697. Turn onto Gossett Drive off of West Main Street (Hwy 20). Parking is available there and you can walk through the covered bridge and up a short hill. The Masonic Lodge is on your left. There is also limited parking beside the lodge.
