Hi Gang, the organizers of Pig in the Park in Williamston, May 15th and 16th, have decided to add Ribs to the event this year. If you want to enter that part of the cook-off bring at least enough ribs to cook for 8 judges and $25.00 for your buy in. The "pot" will be split 60/40 between 1st and 2nd place. If you want to enter, bring your entry fee by our (Bold Branch) site anytime Friday or give it to me at the cooks meeting.
