Carolina Outdoor Cooking would like to thank the BBQ teams, judges and everyone involved with making the Days of Thunder event a success. While the weather created several challenges with the scheduled events, in the end it was a success and a great fundraiser for our charity, Trey’s Treats.

Big thanks to Lew Robinson for the extra efforts on Friday. Having an extra set of eyes on the field was a valued addition to getting the cook team’s setup.

A special thanks to Mike Sexton and Helen Hall for making Trey’s day extra special on Saturday. You went above and beyond and I know he was very excited.

We appreciate Thunder Tower Harley Davidson for allowing us to have the BBQ fundraiser again during their anniversary event and all the support they have shown for the charity. They are outstanding partners.

Lastly, it takes teamwork to make the dream work. Big thanks to Ken, Dawn and Rebecca for their hard work and dedication to the Carolina Outdoor Cooking mission, to have fun and give back.
