There is a lot of competition for your BBQ dollars…new trailers, cookers, gear, etc. With all going on it is easy to forget the facts. It is not the equipment that makes a winner, (people lose with great equipment all the time) it is the cook. The cook has to know how to cook it right and the way the judges’ want/like it. Since Carolina Outdoor Cooking classes started in 2011, many graduates have managed to win…and win a lot! Seventy-four (74) individual wins so far! The 2014 BBQ season proved to be the best year yet.
