Registration is now open for the 2015 Carolina Pit Masters BBQ Cooking Class. The dates will be March 13th and 14th, 2015 at the Dorchester Shrine Club in Summerville, SC.

Carolina Pit Masters is the longest running and most successful Barbecue Cooking School in South Carolina. We offer complete instruction in all of the major meat categories available in competition barbecue and continue to present the most unique learning opportunity in the country.
