Ok guys why wait 70 something days! Who's up for a throw down? I'm sure we can find a location and just pick a date. $100 entry fee split 60/40 1st and 2nd place winners. I'm know we can find enough judges to come and judge and pick a winner. Bring your own meat no inspection, like back in the racing days run what you brung! No cooks meeting, no public just us crazy cookers turn in time 6:00 Saturday afternoon. We can close out with a cooker dinner and lying secession.
