I've been looking for user experience with this smoker before I take the plunge and buy it. I know the build quality is supposed to be top notch, so I'm more interested in performance. Melvin from BQ Grills told me that burn times are 1.5 to 2.5 per pound. This is extremely efficient so I wanted to see if users have experienced efficiency this good.

I know most of the come teams use the medium smoker, but since I'm getting into catering, I wanted to get the large model.

So, anyone own one of these or know someone who does?
