Rebecca and my favorite part about being SCBA marshals at an event is the pleasure of working with such great people. We truly feel that the people who helped work the Gaston Collard and BBQ event this weekend were some of the best the SCBA has to offer.

We want to start by thanking Lew Robinson for arriving early and his help with unloading, setting up the room, novice training, cleaning up and helping load out. We appreciate the extra efforts, Lew. Next, we really appreciate Hellen Hall and Danny Watts for stepping up and being “off the table” Table Captains in the unique situation. There flexibility and adaptability were a great asset this weekend. Bronnie, Lew and Dawn did a great job with the Novice training. We heard many compliments on the different presentation. Thanks for putting all that together, Bronnie. The receiving table staff with Marcia, Mary and the other runner (forgive me for not knowing your name but you know who you are) did a flawless job with receiving. In addition, the calculations staff with Ken Hilliard and Bob Jackson were accurate and on time. Lastly, Don Adkins on the camera always produces great pictures. Thanks so much to each of you.

When you have team like this assembled, it makes the Marshals’ job super simple. I cannot emphasize enough the gratitude we have for all your help. It is always a pleasure to work with such a great group of people.
