The Peach Festival is holding a Wing Ding Competition on Friday Evening July 18th. This is not a SCBA sanctioned competition but the SCBA will supply Table Captains and assist in the scoring. The Peach Festival will invite "celebrity" judges to judge the wing samples but with 20 plus teams turning in boxes we will need quite a few SCBA judges to help out. NOVICE Judges are welcome!!! The scoring and judging will be a simplified version of the one the SCBA uses for sanctioned events. If you plan to come on Friday evening please be at the judges tent no later than 5:30 PM.
