Access to the Charleston Maritime Center to begin cooking will be at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, August 9th. However, if contestants want to come in on Friday afternoon/evening (between 4 pm and 9 pm) on August 8th to set-up and prepare, they are more than welcome to do so.
