Carolina Outdoor Cooking would like to say thank you to everyone who came out and participated in the Days of Thunder VIII: BBQ, Blues and Brews event this past weekend. We appreciate your support for this St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital fundraiser. Despite the slow start Saturday morning due to the threatening weather, we met most of our goals. We are still calculating the totals but it looks like it is going to be a nice donation to St. Jude.

Congratulations to JT’s BBQ for a first place finish in pork and The Ultimate Tailgaters for the first place in ribs. Also congratulations to everyone else who received a call to the stage.

We hope everyone enjoyed the event and we are already making plans to make it bigger and better next year.
