I too would like to send out a big Thank You to Jim and his staff for a wonderful cook-off. The SCBA Marshall's and judges deserve a Thank You too for officiating at the event. It was very nice to see a lot of our Qing friends and to make some new ones. There were at least three first time cookers entered that I enjoyed meeting and hope to cook with again.
